Rico

Terms of use

Last updated October 28, 2026

Rico and getrico.app are made by Dibble Me, LLC, an Oregon company (“we”). By using Rico you agree to these terms.

The app

If you get Rico from Apple’s App Store or TestFlight, Apple’s Standard License Agreement governs your license to use the app. These terms add to it.

Your courses

You own the courses you make. When you share one, it carries the license you chose in Studio (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 unless you picked another). Only add and share material you have the right to use. Courses other people make belong to them.

The courses that come with Rico are published by Dibble Me, LLC under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, and their media under the licenses listed on each course’s Credits page.

Learning, not advice

Rico’s courses are for study. They aren’t medical, legal or other professional advice, even when a course covers those subjects. Rico’s forecasts are estimates of what you’re likely to remember, not promises about an exam.

Using Rico fairly

Don’t use Rico to break the law or anyone’s rights, to share material you don’t have the right to share, or to interfere with Rico’s services.

Rico has no paid features today. If that changes, their terms will be shown to you before you pay anything.

No warranty

We work hard on Rico, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of courses that matter to you.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about Rico is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will appear here with a new date. Questions: hello@getrico.app.
